They were teeeeeeeeeny tiny bones. I'm not entirely sure what the pellet was made out of, but it was all real stuff...I think it was what the animal who ate the mouse had left over. It could've been a horrible experience for some kids I suppose, but I was totally fascinated! This kit looks awesome!
